1. Fully automatic argon arc welding

The company imports special aluminum welding equipment from India. For some products with higher requirements, our company can develop welding tooling by itself to ensure its welding quality and beauty. After welding, it is automatically polished and wire-drawn before surface treatment.

2. Horizontal drilling machine

Horizontal drilling machines can make up for the shortcomings of vertical drilling machines, especially when processing aluminum profile end holes, which can realize milling, drilling, boring and other processes.

3. Punch

6T-300T, high-precision products can be stamped through tooling dies, and the product efficiency is greatly improved.

4. WEGOMR double-head cutting

The European model is adopted as a whole, and the control system adopts the unprecedented closed-loop design of domestic saws, which guarantees a greater degree of repeatable sizing accuracy. Imported servo motors drive the deceleration belt to realize the arbitrary adjustment of the sawing angle at 45°, 90°, and 145° , The movable saw head is driven by imported servo motor to drive synchronously, fast moving speed, fully closed loop control, high sizing accuracy, sawing with Japanese blades to ensure that the sawing is free of burrs, especially for some aluminum products with high seam requirements.
